Disco Peach Connection

This is an expressive blend of coffees from our friends at Modcup! We find two distinct tropical presenting coffees, one from Ethiopia and one from Colombia that showcase two styles of processing. We find expressive peach notes like peach rings from the Colombian coffee, a clean tropical mango-like acidity from the Ethiopian cofee, and a sweet jasmine tea finish. When cooled, the entire cup becomes even more expressive where each type of tropical acidity pops up more showcasing each style of processing! This is a super fun blend of coffees and is a great example of two distinctive styles of processing. 

For best results, we recommend you rest this coffee for at leaset 3+ weeks with this coffee tasting amazing with extended rest.
