We taste vibrant acidity in the form of green apple, a honeysuckle sweetness, and a lemongrass like finish. When the cup cools there is lovely layering and complexity with a clean and sweet finish found in Regaliaās roasting style. This oneās super easy to taste!Ā

This coffee is composed primarily of Pink Bourbon, with smaller contributions from Caturra and occasional Geisha. Itās crisp and juicy, with lifted notes of honeysuckle, green apple, and herbal lemongrass.
